LOVE easy, last minute HALLOWEEN entertaining inspiration and this

chocolate bark is my current PARTY CRUSH.

It starts with melted milk chocolate chips,

topped with whatever Halloween candy you have on hand.

I used chopped, Reese’s peanut butter pumpkins and pieces,

chopped roasted salted cashews, and M & M’s.

Finish off  the bark with a drizzle of melted peanut butter – SO good.

This is also a great way to use up those Halloween leftovers.

Here’s the easy How-To:

1. Place 11.5 ounces of milk chocolate chips in a glass bowl.

2. Melt in the microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring as you go until the chocolate is spreadable.

(NOTE: If the chocolate gets too hot, it will seize and you will have to toss it, so take your time.)

3.  Using a spatula, spread the chocolate onto a parchment lined baking sheet, making it about 1/4th inch thickness.

4.  Sprinkle with bits of chopped Reese’s candies and pieces, chopped nuts and M & M’s.

5.  Melt two tablespoons of peanut butter for 15 seconds in microwavable bowl and drizzle it on the bark.

6.  Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.

7.  Using a sharp knife, cut into individual portions.

Happy Haunting!
