Peach & Mint Margaritas!
AND while you are at it why not pull together a
simple and pretty Margarita bar tray to go
with?

Include: fun stemware –

– pick up some colorful napkins too and a
great garnish!
Okay, all you need for this peachy concoction is:
frozen sliced peaches, a batch of my
minty simple syrup, silver tequila,
triple sec and a good squeeze of fresh lime juice!
I garnish this cocktail with a sprig of fragrant fresh mint from our
kitchen garden AND a nice hunk of
peach – on fun jeweled picks!
Here is the recipe!

- 10 slices of frozen peaches
- 2 shots of Silver Tequila
- 2 shots of Triple Sec
- 1 lime
- Fresh mint
- sugar
- water
- Heat up one cup of sugar, one cup of water and a nice handful of fresh mint on the stove top until dissolved and boiling. Discard the mint. Chill!
- Place the peaches, tequila, triple sec, the juice of half a lime and 2 shots of minty simple syrup in a blender. Pulse until frothy and well blended and serve! Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a hunk of fresh peach! Enjoy

I made these last night. My male guests were quite skeptical, at first. I think they liked them. We polished off two blenders worth. They were delicious. Thanks for shaing.
