Entertaining essentials at your fingertips ~
Yes! Go ahead, open it…
because I’m excited about this!
You see, I’ve re-purposed our picnic basket,
turning it into a holiday entertaining kit.
Okay, I know it’s not glitzy but it
sure is handy, to have
so many of my holiday entertaining essentials,
in one place. This mobile kit is great for parties and for
when holiday guests drop in.
The goodies are tucked neatly, into little
white boxes, which I can easily remove, if we want to
head out for a winter picnic!
(I’ll share a winter picnic soon! It’s so cool!)
Anyway, these are some of the simple holiday extras, that
take my entertaining from good enough…to glam...I hope :)
From the
perforated cloth napkins I love
to use at our holiday parties…
to my collections of festive
holiday picks, striped
straws & twine.
I also gathered inexpensive
tea lights, matches and those little
French vocab cards, I like to use
as fun, cocktail glass-markers.
I tucked in, an assortment of
glassine bags…for treat takeaways
& place setting goodies,
pretty…paper, drink coasters
and parchment, for
those fun cones, I love to make.
Here they are,

filled with my roasted, rosemary cashews, at
our Girls Night In Holiday gathering.
The house is aglow…
and my entertaining is made easier,
thanks to a simple
holiday entertaining kit.
I hope you pull one together,
Great idea! I love those perforated cocktail napkins, too. My sister-in-law gave them to me for Christmas last year.
All best,
Phyllis
