Beautifully Eerie Halloween Embellishments ~

Inspired by one of La Famiglia’s ‘Daily Cool Finds’…

An inexpensive craft store pumpkin goes ghostly glam…with self stick strands of gems…

flannel ric rac and a ‘Cinderella carriage’ style pedestal! And here’s the ‘How to.’

Start with a word or image ~

I used a sewing seam-ripper to prick the pumpkin surface and create the pattern. (Note to self: Next time…perhaps consider using a simple font style….not the scrolled ‘Edwardian’ font from the La Famiglia Website Logo!)

Next I used craft store…self adhesive gems. The gems…in a strip…are much easier to work with than individual stones (Trust!)….And…they can be cut to fit!

Add some felt ric rac…

….miniature pom poms

…and a ‘Cinderella carriage’ style pedestal…

….And you have one Gorgeous Gourd!
