Mimosa Ice Cubes with a Tropical Twist

It’s NO secret that I have a crush  on champagne and a good

champagne cocktail is well…..

right up there on MY list of favorite  things! 

So I was in my cocktail test kitchen  today working on an upcoming

project when THIS happened!

Yep, guava and champagne ICE! It’s a tropically 

infused mimosa waiting to

happen. And then…

It did! SO yummy and so pretty, especially garnished with

petals from my edible florals kitchen garden which is STILL blooming!! 

This is a sip that gets even better as it melts.  

Okay, I either need one of two things: a nap….or

cocktail recipe testers!
