Floral effervescence


On a sweltering summer

day, cool down

with…


a glass of prosecco,

infused with

the delicate floral undertone of



Elderflower

liqueur



and a drop or two of

tart, freshly squeezed lemon juice.

So refreshing, so



pretty too!

I’m loving the elderflower these days, adding it

to all sorts of things, with wonderful results.

An organic, ‘fleur’ garnish adds a



touch of romance. Not an

elderflower perhaps….but an exquisite,

edible addition nonetheless.
