Eating your veggies is easy when they taste like this!
Here are two quick & simple summer side dishes sure to please!
Let’s start with my roasted French Green Beans with Feta and Lemon!
Green beans are sniped, drizzled with olive oil and a good squeeze of lemon then
sprinkled with tarragon salt and lemon zest. The beans are roasted in the
oven for about 18 minutes at 400 degrees until they begin to caramelize.
Top this side dish with crumbled feta cheese and another dusting of
lemon zest.
Next up – my Roasted Radishes ! YES radishes!
The radishes are sliced and then they get the same treatment as the
green beans with the olive oil, lemon juice & zest and tarragon salt.
They too are roasted in the oven at 400 degrees for about 18 Minutes until they
begin to crisp up a bit and start to caramelize. The radishes are lovely
added to a quick tomato salad with lemon vinaigrette!
