Belgian Linen

Our Belgian linen sheets and duvet cover arrived,

in all its rumpled glory!

True to my word,

I kept it simple,

reusing our Bella Notte shams,

and adding only, a canvas accent pillow;

with wording, reminiscent,

of a French family holiday.

Simple…understated.

The real show will be

the Venetian sconces & antiqued mirrors,

mounted on the wall,

within the warm silver frames.

Anxiously awaiting…

a package from Venice.
