It’s Rhubarb Cobbler time! Just returned from Los Angeles, where I had an amazing time on the set of
Home & Family TV, baking these yummy individual Rhubarb Cobblers on the Hallmark Channel!
Just look at that magenta color!
This dessert, features a flaky biscuit topping and the rhubarb, is sweetened with: brown sugar, orange juice,
vanilla bean, cardamom and topped with a honey mascarpone!
It’s a nostalgic dessert for me…a page, straight out of my childhood.
My mom used to make rhubarb cobblers and
crisps from our home-grown rhubarb in dad’s garden.
Love using ingredients and creating recipes with a personal backstory.
What a THRILL, to be welcomed back into the the Home & Family kitchen, on the
