Tag Sale Score & Simplicity in Gold & White

I Brake for Tag Sales! 

Scored a set of these lovely gold rimmed  champagne glasses this weekend…

when I stumbled upon a Seattle area tag sale!

Inspired, I pulled together a fresh & simple tablescape idea in gold & white.

It starts with an inexpensive gold,  craft store box… 

and a pretty white daisy.

I added a glitzy  gold place mat and a simple  white porcelain dinner plate.

A taupe cotton napkin is dressed up with gold glitter  tape

and a feathery pick. A clean-lined white & gold place card waits for a name.

When I couldn’t find gold & white  straws, I

made my own, using gold tape.
