Chevron & Chalk ~

Need to pull together a simple and frugal

Halloween table idea for tots.

These aluminum baking pans were just the thing.

A little chevron paper + the tray +  

chalkboard card stock  &  chalk markers = pint sized fun.

Got my money’s worth out of those cute

chevron bags you see everywhere,

by turning them into

menu card sleeves. 

The little owl on a limb, is 

from The Graphics Fairy. I added some

scalloped copper tape as trim.

The ubiquitous chevron bags, also make cute candle holders.

The pumpkin face decals are designed for

decorating drinking glasses (Martha Stewart)

but they work on paper just fine. I tucked a

faux candle, inside a small glass and created 

a little spooky Halloween light…on the cheap.

I like this kid friendly  setting.

The trays will catch the crumbs and the

chalkboard  & markers will keep kids busy!
