Created this yummy, laid-back bistro style lunch for the April issue  of

425 Magazine!  Check out this gorgeous salad board! It’s a chunky farm table wood plank, heaped with roasted

veggies, grilled potatoes, olives, capers, lentils and MORE! Grab the tongs and have your 

guests help themselves!

This lunch has a relaxed bistro vibe  with the simple striped linens and dish-ware. 

The green spritzer holds a champagne vinaigrette, one of two delicious dressings…on the side!

I’ve livened up a this refreshing Paloma cocktail with Kombucha, a popular fermented

tea, said to be a healthful elixir! Thyme simple syrup gives this sip an herbal kick!

For dessert…I’m working on my mad skillet skills :)

I’m making my Vanilla and Orange Blossom Crepes! They’re served hot off the stove,

slathered with lemon ricotta and topped with

homemade raspberry freezer jam!
