Easy No-Carve Pumpkins

They’re here! After borderline stalking  my local markets and garden centers

for weeks…

the great pumpkins  are finally available in my corner of the world

and that signals fall!

I’m a big fan of the no-carve pumpkin method. No mess and the pumpkins last

all season long.

I’m especially smitten with the pretty peach and off-white pumpkin varieties.

Love pairing them with fresh garden & market florals with the help of these tools.

Wet floral foam keeps the blooms fresher longer and the tape helps keep

the foam in place The trick is to

find pumpkins with a nice indented well in the top so the wet foam has a place

to nestle. I used the same technique to create succulent topped pumpkins.

I like to keep it real. However, while I waited for the real thing to arrive….I got busy spray

painting, gold dotting and bejeweling craft store faux pumpkins.

So let the parade of pumpkins begin!
