I’m honored to be among those speaking at

 the annual, Lake Washington

Schools Foundation Legacy for

Learning Luncheon. For me,

it’s personal. I stepped away from a successful

career in broadcasting to pursue another passion…

raising a family.  With a student in the

district, the message of  ‘Growing Tomorrow’s Great Minds

TODAY…One Child at a

Time’ really hits home.

 I believe every  child has a

gift  and that each child needs

to feel that he or she has unique value.

If we nurture those gifts and help our kids

see their great value, I believe they will not only be successful…

but they will also be inspired to give back,

creating, A Legacy for Learning.

I’m looking forward to sharing that message.
