I started with a
clearance priced,
craft store, dark, all wood frame &
a little Annie Sloan Chalk Paint…in
French Linen. Next, I had a
chalkboard cut to fit here
and…
Voila!
Our new oversized,
gorgeous gray chalk board,
just in time for,
Valentine’s Day.
Decided to pull together
a simple,
Valentine’s Day side table to- go-with.
I really crave, fresh, fun colors this time of year.
As you can see my crush on
blush continues so,
I went with a blush, cream & gold
color palette. Love this
gold & cream CHEVRON paper runner by
Cake Kitchen Papers. It comes in a 50-foot roll and you
simply cut it to fit! Especially like it, teamed up with
that new lattice pattern tray, I picked up at
Target & primrose pots,
dressed up in inexpensive
craft store, scalloped
white cardstock containers.
Couldn’t resist the white
ranunculus, adore ranunculus! You?
Couldn’t resist these either…
little raspberry & almond macaroons resting
on a gold tray, individually wrapped, of course.
And did you see what is
underfoot???
an all wool, Flokati rug!
Phyllis, from the beautiful blog
Henhurst Interiors, featured it
in a post and I fell in love.
Don’t you just want to run
your toes through it?! Check it out here!
It’s a great deal too! Be sure to bring a
World Market coupon for extra savings!
Ahhh….
It’s the season of l~o~v~e.
I’m getting
ready…
are you?
Ready for Valentine’s Day? Not exactly. At least not like your lovely table and new blackboard! I love it all! Now I know what color chalk paint to order……French Linen! Love the “flat” look of the paint! And that Flokati rug……to die for!! My coupon is in hand!
