When I’m craving a lite bite, grilled asparagus with olive oil, lemon and fleur de sel is
one of my go to healthy pleasures. It’s a quick and delicious lite alfresco lunch or
an easy to tote, work day bite that you can make ahead and take with. It’s the perfect busy day snack.
A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkling of
fleur de sel and then it’s out to the grill.
The lovely asparagus spears cook in seconds.
Plate it when it’s a bit charred but still firm and
crunchy, hit it with another squeeze of fresh lemon juice
and done. Lunch in the garden today,
