* SWEET Picnic Feast *

My autumn picnic with a twist continues….
(Remember, we’re staying in!)
As they say, life is uncertain, eat dessert first and
so we shall…beginning with my

petite caramel apples on a twig!
Love.
The petite apples and ‘sticks’ are from our
espaliers! I like that they are bite sized.
Aren’t they cute!
Of course, I also had to bake up

a batch of my petite apple pies with
orange and vanilla bean crust.
These are so good!!!
Perfectly portable too, in glassine sleeves and a plain old craft

store box. I scaled down a wine bottle box
divider, to create neat little quarters for the
petite pies. You really must make these!
Next up, the main course,
