Petite Party Cones

I always appreciate little party parting gifts,

do you?

It doesn’t have to be much,

just a little something to remind you

of a special afternoon or evening.

Here’s a peek,

at the petite newspaper and vellum cone take-aways,

I’m working on for a French themed baby shower.

Just a little rolled French newspaper and vellum,

with fluted collars (leftover cupcake holders)

and whimsical trim.

The cones are filled with an assortment of sweet,

fragrant treats,

tucked into clear plastic,

with fun, sparkly ties.

I know, I know,

much to do about nothing, really.

Guess I’m a pushover,

for a little imaginative party fancy.
